Il Convento is synonymous with limoncello, so the Pollio family also tried the combination of babà and limoncello. The result is juicy and fruity. A tip from Giuseppe Pollio: Don't eat the babà straight from the jar, but let it sit on your plate for a while. This way, they won't taste alcoholic.
