For the following countries we charge €12.00 – €20.00 for a standard parcel (~2.5 kg):

Shipping costs Switzerland

We do not charge German VAT for deliveries to Switzerland. Please note:

Shipping only possible up to a goods value of 999.00 € net
From €1,000.00 net, complex customs formalities are required, which we cannot offer
Division into several individual orders is possible

Return conditions

During the statutory cancellation period, only the statutory provisions apply. Your statutory right of cancellation is not affected by the voluntary right of return.

The right of return applies only to unwashed and undamaged items whose tags have not been removed.
Returns are processed in a single shipment. If you wish to return multiple items, please send everything back to GUNDT HOME in a single shipment.
The return will be made via DHL.

Revocation

The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by post, fax or email):

Refund of the purchase price

Once we receive your return, we will notify you of the refund via email. The refund will be processed immediately. Please note:

Refund will be made using the same payment method as the purchase
Refund will be made in the same currency as the purchase
Amount will be refunded to the buyer/card or account holder
If the return was purchased with a voucher, a new voucher will be issued
Refund time depends on the payment method
If a promotional voucher was used, the refund will be calculated proportionally
