You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of the delivery date. We cannot accept returns outside of our return period. We charge a flat fee of €5 for returns.
Unpacked books are non-exchangeable and cannot be returned.

EXCHANGE
If you would like to exchange your item for another one, please return your first order and place a new order with your desired item.

REFUND
The purchase price will be refunded promptly after confirmation of receipt of your return, using the same payment method used for the purchase. If a voucher was redeemed during the order process, a new voucher will be issued following the return.
