Dieser Essig wird aus italienischen Bio-Trauben hergestellt und in der Region Emilia-Romagna produziert. Der Weißweinessig wird ausschließlich aus 100 % Trebbiano-Trauben gewonnen – ohne weitere Zutaten. Durch seine hohe Säure eignet er sich perfekt zum Anrühren einer Vinaigrette oder zum Verfeinern von Tomaten- oder grünen Salaten – ganz im italienischen Stil!
Da es sich um ein Naturprodukt handelt, können sich Ablagerungen bilden oder eine leichte Verdunkelung auftreten. Hergestellt ausschließlich aus Bio-Trauben aus Italien. Frei von Farbstoffen oder anderen Zusatzstoffen.
