OLIVIERI 1882
The Olivieri family has been baking panettone in the Veneto region, near Vicenza, for five generations. With the arrival of brothers Nicola and Andrea, panettone has become even more of a passion. The approximately 100-year-old wheat sourdough method is cultivated daily.
