Delivery times

Since we keep many items from our concept store in stock, delivery times are usually 1-2 days. However, some items are also requested from the manufacturer upon order, and delivery times can then be several weeks.

Shipment

Shipping is handled by our logistics partner DHL. All deliveries sent by GUNDT HOME are insured against theft and accidental damage. The insurance coverage expires as soon as you receive your delivery and confirm it in writing.

All deliveries are made via GUNDT HOME and/or cooperation partners in Europe.

We ask for your understanding that we cannot deliver to PO boxes. For partial shipments, shipping costs will only be charged once.

Return

You can easily and conveniently register a return within the return period online with us:
If you can return the shipment yourself with DHL, you only need the return documents and the parcel label for the free return, which you can easily register and print yourself in our shop.
