Danish silversmith and designer Kay Bojesen, who rose to prominence in the early 20th century, had a special gift: he created wooden figurines with a certain something, with humor and a wink; his designs became world-famous. Kay Bojesen's series ranged from legendary monkeys to colorful birds to charming wooden figurines.
