Delivery Times
Since we have many items in stock from our concept stores, delivery times are usually 1-2 days. However, some items are newly requested from the manufacturer upon order, and delivery time can then take several weeks.
Shipping
Shipping is carried out with our logistics partners DHL. All deliveries sent by GUNDT HOME are insured against theft and accidental damage. Once you have received your delivery and confirmed it in writing, the insurance coverage expires.
All deliveries follow through GUNDT HOME and/or through cooperation partners in Europe.
We ask for your understanding that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. For partial shipments, shipping costs are only charged once.

You can easily and conveniently register a return with us online within the return period:
If you can return the shipment yourself with DHL, you only need the return documents and the shipping label for the free return, which you can easily register and print yourself from our shop.
